About Me

With years of experience in HR Business Partnering, coaching has always been at the core of my work. By helping executives, talent, and teams increase self-awareness and understand their influence, we've successfully defined strategies to overcome challenges and frustrations.

I truly believe in the power of self-reflection—when combined with context and open communication, it can solve many of the problems we face in our daily lives.

Originally from Berlin, I’m now based in Zurich and offer coaching in both English and German.

I’ve been passionate about conflict management and coaching since 2016. In January 2023, I completed my formal coaching certification with the Coaching Association in Germany.
